Columbia Mediation Associates has been providing mediation and dispute resolution services covering a broad range of issues to the citizens of Santa Fe, Albuquerque and Los Alamos for almost two and a half decades.

One of our specialties is divorce mediation. Many folks are not aware they do not have to use the court mediation program. A private mediation service will fulfill the court's requirement. We provide better, more comprehensive, and less expensive mediation than does the court. We also do mediation for couples struggling to stay together. We work on issues between adults, or between adults and children. We also do mediations between members of blended, extended or non traditional families.

We do business mediations in which employers, supervisors and employees can resolve workplace tensions or discrimination and harassment accusations before or after complaints are filed. We resolve misunder-standings between art dealers and their clients. We also handle environ-mental issues, landlord/tenant problems and all manner of community disputes.
