Paul Glickman has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from NYU and a Masters in Social Work from Highlands University. He has been active in the field of mediation since 1983, when he was trained by Conflict Management Resources, Inc. for the Brooklyn Court System.

During Paul's three and a half years at the Brooklyn Mediation Center, the nation's largest community dispute resolution agency, he mediated more that 500 agreements. After relocating to Santa Fe, Paul founded Columbia Mediation Associates in 1986 and has since successfully mediated for hundreds of clients.

Paul is trained in family counseling and crisis intervention, and has trained others in mediation and crisis intervention.
